Press Shop
The state-of-the-art press shop is equipped with single and double-acting Pneumatic Power Presses ranging from 100 to 600 Tons for specialized heavy metal forming operations. Backed by automated feeder lines and progressive tool setups, we handle diverse and complex sheet metal stamping tasks with exceptional repeatability.
We maintain comprehensive in-house capabilities for both Hot Rolled (HR) and Cold Rolled (CR) steel processing. Our precision equipment seamlessly handles heavy piercing, blanking, deep drawing, trimming, and mechanical notch operations to deliver robust structural sub-assemblies for the commercial vehicle sector.
Machine Shop
Our advanced CNC machining facility turns out highly intricate close-tolerance automotive parts, focusing heavily on critical internal powertrain, steering, and transmission line sub-components. Operated by expert machinists, this line maintains consistency down to micron levels.
The machinery pool consists of multi-axis CNC Turning Centers, precision horizontal milling arrays, and automated tapping rows. This robust layout allows us to execute complex face milling, precise boring, turning, and profiling operations on heavy iron castings and forged structural steels efficiently.
Weld Shop
Our specialized welding department handles high-strength structural fusion using an advanced mix of automated robotic welding arms, manual precision benches, and semi-automated multi-axis systems. Engineered to ensure maximum weld penetration and flawless stress distribution, this shop transforms raw stamped components into sound, road-ready vehicular frames.
The infrastructure features state-of-the-art robotic welding cells alongside specialized multi-spot welding stations, heavy-duty MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding equipment, and precise TIG setups optimized for distinct automotive metal alloy configurations. Every workstation operates alongside customized rigid jigs and fixtures to prevent thermal distortion, ensuring structural dimensions match structural design blueprints with absolute precision.
